CAG Professional Development Program

Whether your school is looking to develop or strengthen a gifted program, to better serve gifted students within the general classroom, to utilize gifted pedagogy to help students at all levels, or to educate parents regarding the needs of gifted children, the presenters in the CAG Professional Development Program (PDP) have a wealth of experience to share. Our presenters are researchers, educators, and advocates with extensive backgrounds— from K-12 classrooms to top universities—and a wealth of practical experience who present at local and international levels. Let CAG PDP presenters share their expertise with your school district today!

For more information, print our brochure and descriptions at the very bottom of this page. For a sampling of possible workshop topics, see a listing of our PDP Modules.

Serving Connecticut's Schools

Presenters in the CAG Professional Development Program offer their services to Connecticut school districts at attractive rates, through an arrangement with the Connecticut Association for the Gifted.  They are ready to work with school systems to meet any special needs.  Workshops are either half or whole day, but may always be tailored to your district's specific schedule.  Ongoing professional development and coaching support can also be arranged.
