Many of us are “perfectionists,” functioning very well and reasoning that a little perfectionism spurs us on to higher levels of achievement. However, in some learners, perfectionism may become paralyzing, shutting them down before they get started. At this workshop, learn about the differences between healthy and paralyzing perfectionism, how to recognize each, and how to use strategies to address the social-emotional and academic needs of the paralyzed perfectionist.
