Carla Brigandi

Carla Brigandi is a gifted and talented specialist who travels nationally and internationally presenting on a variety of topics, including creativity, critical thinking, and academic enrichment. She has over 14 years of teaching experience, including 9 years as a secondary and middle school mathematics teacher and 5 years as a gifted and talented enrichment specialist. She is an experienced Community Problem Solving (CmPS) coach, Mathcounts coach, and American Mathematics Contest (AMC) Coordinator. In 2012, Carla was voted Windsor High School Educator of the Year. A life-long learner, Carla is currently a third-year doctoral candidate pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in gifted and talented at the University of Connecticut.
