Parents as Advocates for Gifted Education (PAGE) Group


CAG is offering PAGE Groups as an opportunity to support and encourage the development of gifted students through an understanding of their characteristics and needs, by fostering appropriate educational opportunities for them at home, in school, and in the larger community. These upcoming PAGE sessions will focus on how parents, teachers, and others are helping each other with the purpose of providing appropriate educational and life experiences for gifted children.


The objectives for PAGE are to:

1. Keep informed regarding issues affecting gifted persons on the local, state and national levels.

2. Inform its members and others about the characteristics and needs of gifted students, their education and other issues that may affect their well-being.

3. Support a strong gifted education program, understanding that such a program supports a strong education for all children.

4. Promote advocacy.
